I'm super excited to finally have my magic bullet...

I really need to stop trying to plan my meal times...
I keep trying to give myself an eating schedule but every time I do I just end up getting stomach aches. I need to just listen to my body and eat when I’m hungry.
Also I’m making today an extra rest day because I guess I didn’t stretch adequately yesterday and as a result my hip is killing me. I fee like an old woman. blarg.

There was lots of refined sugar and dairy products; needless to say, I feel absolutely ill because of it. I have been nauseous all day but it’s just been a bigger motivated for vegan week.
I picked up Skinny Bitch last night and I’m thinking vegan week may be turning into vegan life.
Today included:
Breakfast: Steel cut oats and raisins.
Snack: Pineapple.

So I am ridiculously sore today.
mostly in the butt, calves, abs, arms, back area haha and I guess it should be too surpsing. For today’s workout I did a vinyasa yoga routine with a very slow flow and I already feel a hundred times better. So for this week I have decided to eat vegan. I’ve been considering transitioning to a vegan diet for a long time and eating poorly has really affected how I’ve been feeling...

Upper body and sprints.
pushups + lat pull-downs + jumping pull-ups = typing while standing so I don’t have to lift my arms.
probably doesn’t help that I did The One That Got Away Workout. AKA the most painful 8 minutes of your life.

So I have noticed a drastic improvement in my mood...
This morning I walked to the local Bohdi Path Buddhist Center for mediation and discussion.
Buddhism is something that I’ve always thought about and I finally had the courage to explore it for myself. Everyone was very welcoming; all-in-all I am extremely glad I went. Today we talked about perceptions of the mind and it was perfect for the things I have been struggling with lately.

I watched this great video in which psychologist Shaun Achor described his book The Happiness Advantage, where he argues that actually happiness inspires productivity.
So for the next 21 days it is my goal to create lasting positive change by:

preform a random act(s) of kindness

I feel like I've changed so much since I started...
And I’m happy for it.
I took new measurements and progress pics this morning that I swear I will post them tonight when I get home.
