This was probably the hardest day yet. The second workout includes two sets until fail! And it just gets harder from there.
I will be surprised if I can move at all tomorrow.

My goodness my arms are shaking.

And the ellipticals were all taken by the time I got to cardio so I hopped on the stationary bike and turned up the intensity.

Needless to say I had some problems walking afterwards but I feel so good XD

I also did Day 1 of Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer - 12 Week Transformation Plan!

I think I’ve been looking at MC’s blog too much and now I just want to get ripped even faster so I decided to add on the second program for the time being. And well, my arms are shaking as I type this so I think it’s working haha.

Also someone asked my fitspo blog if it’s okay to eat peanut butter so I have peanut butter on the brain. Therefore tomorrow, or today if I have time, I’m going to attempt my own banana protein bars. I’ll be sure to let you guys know how it goes and, if they’re worth it, share the recipe. 

And in case you didn’t notice I changed my blog’s name/URL AGAIN but I really like it this time. X]
